Tretinoin

I’ve been struggling with mild acne for several years now. My dr prescribed me tretinoin, which has helped immensely! However, I’m finding the combination of tret + dry air is drying me out (I live in Canada and you can guess what winter is like here). I’ve got flaking, itching, red areas on my face.

Prior to winter’s arrival I was using Juice Beauty’s blemish clearing cleanser and oil-free moisturizer. Those were working pretty well.

Does anyone use tret and have a cleanser and moisturizer that they like? My dr recommended Cerave products – but those aren’t natural or vegan.
