Schmidt’s natural deodorant hard/sharp clumps.

Bought some Schmidt’s off Amazon and about 3 weeks into use I’ve noticed hard coarse lumps. They are almost sharp and gritty. Have used two prior sticks of Schmidt’s deodorant with no issues. Is this just a bad stick, poor job mixing ingredients at production?
