Is Alba Botanica any good? If not, alternative recs welcomed!!

Hii, my skin type is dry/flaky & very sensitive (I get rashes and eczema sometimes even using natural products 😭), I use two acne treatments from my dermatologist (light morning one used everyday, and retinol in evenings a few times a wk) and am otherwise very natural and minimal in my skin/body care routines (i don’t wear makeup or anything), the only ‘non-clean’ product I use rn is my moisturizer. I use Alba “Hawaiian Moisture Cream” which has honestly been working wonderfully but the ingredients list is very long and probably contains lots of fillers and artificial stuff.
I’m trying to go completely natural in my skincare I was hoping for recs for alternative products, something simple to give lots of moisture!

I’ve heard rosehip oil works well in conjunction w/ rose water but for whatever reason rose water breaks me out bad.
